Jack hired some super people to help him with the program. He was lucky to find three adults and four college kids, high-energy, wholesome guys who'd played a lot of high school and college soccer. The team sports component of the program was likely to be a huge success.
Jack worried a bit about not being able to find some good female staff but put it on his list to recruit heavily for the second year of the program. Cool After School was off and running.
